# Create Brokerage

> Creates a new brokerage.

**Required fields:**
- `name` - Brokerage name
- `commissionPaymentMethod` - How commissions are handled

**Optional fields:**
- `niprBrokerageNumber` - NIPR brokerage number
- `email` - Brokerage email address
- `addressStructured` - Structured address object
- `phone` - Phone number
- `defaultCommissionPercentage` - Default commission percentage

**Required permission:** `company.brokerage:create`
