Delete Note

Soft deletes a note by setting deletedAt and deletedBy timestamps. The note will no longer be returned in list or get operations.

Required permission: Permission depends on entity type:

• events → claim.notes:update
• policies → policy.notes:update
• insureds → insured.notes:update
