Delete Policy

Soft deletes a policy by setting deletedAt and deletedBy timestamps. The policy will no longer be returned in list operations.

Important: Policies with associated events (claims/incidents) cannot be deleted. You must delete all events first before deleting the policy.

Required permission: policy:delete
