The following components are included:
  • Notes: Notes are present in every entity on the AI Insurance platform, such as Events, Insureds, and Policies. They serve as text records where you can add contextual information to an entity. Refer to the Notes documentation for more details.
  • Files: Files are available in every entity on the platform, including Insureds, Policies, and Events. These files are associated with a specific entity and allow you to view them without the risk of deletion. Refer to the Files documentation for more details.
  • Activity Feed: The Activity Feed is present in all entity types on the AI Insurance platform. It records all activities, making it easier to trace actions and simplifying the auditing process. Refer to the Activity Feed documentation for more details.
